The Spanish league/Laliga president, Jarvier Terbas has just made known to the general public that, he has filled a legal complaint to the EU against Man city.

legal complaint against the Premier league side, Manchester City, concerning certain beaches of the EU competition laws. He added that, Man city has broken several EU competition laws.
It's also no new thing to everybody that, Man city are also in court with the Premier league in regards to some certain beaches in FFP laws concerning competition fair play, and so on. The big question is, What happens if Man city are found guilty?
Further information concerning why Laliga and it's president has filled legal complaints againt the English side. In his words he says, all Man city does, is to always look for ways in which they can avoid the rules. He says that the club receives funding under non market conditions which enables them to sign top quality players, staffs and managers.
It's stated that this complaint has been filled since 2023 and further investigation are currently ongoing. Meetings has also been held while they wait for further decisions from the EU. Fully note, that, this is different from the 115 charges filed against them by the Premier league and which is currently in court.
